Return Policy

1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

1.1 You or the recipient must check the merchandise upon delivery. 

1.2 You can exchange the merchandise within 7 days after you sign off the delivery by sending an email to marketing@barpacific.com.hk along with a photo of the merchandise, tag on the merchandise (if applicable), order number, and product information, ONLY in the following situations: 

a) Defective item(s) 

b) Extreme discrepancy between the merchandise and photo (details and lists of differences are required) 

c) Mismatched delivery

1.3 Any requests for exchange over 7 days after sign-off of the delivery will be declined. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be exchanged in the original packaging.

 

2. ALL MERCHANDISE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS 

3.1 In the event of any dispute, Bar Pacific’s decision shall be final and conclusive. 

3.2 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy, the English version shall prevail. 

3.3 We keep this Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy under regular review and place updates on our website from time to time.
